• Sterling silver reacts with sulfur dioxide in the air to form black silver sulfide, so it is normal for silver jewelry to oxidize and turn black.
• 925 silver needles are soft; if the product arrives bent, you can gently straighten it.
  When not wearing, please store properly to avoid contact with air, which can cause oxidation.
• If the jewelry oxidizes, simply wipe it with a silver polishing cloth.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period

• Contact the official website for returns or exchanges within the 7-day appreciation period (including the day of receipt).
• Exception: For rings with incorrect sizes, you must also contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, including original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, complete and undamaged. Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal items, subject to strict quality inspection before shipment. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after sale, except for the following:

1.  Product damaged during transport: Including lost stones, discoloration, obvious damage (Minor scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are softer, if bent, they can be straightened by yourself or by private message).
2. Received product does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.
• Online and pre-order batch items: Orders cannot be cancelled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the order cutoff. No changes or cancellations are allowed after the cutoff. Please confirm before placing an order.
• Customized and bespoke jewelry: No returns or exchanges are accepted.
