S925 Sterling Silver Care

• Sterling silver reacts with sulfur dioxide in the air to form black silver sulfide; it is normal for silver jewelry to oxidize and turn black.
• The material of 925 silver needles is soft; if bent upon receipt, you can gently straighten them. When not wearing, please store properly to avoid exposure to air and oxidation.
• For oxidized jewelry, simply wipe with a silver polishing cloth.
• Please avoid proximity to hot springs and seawater.
• Please avoid wearing plated jewelry when bathing.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return/Exchange Period

• Contact the official website within 7 days of the appreciation period (including the day of receipt) for returns or exchanges.
• Exception: For rings with incorrect sizing, you must also contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return/Exchange Conditions

• The product must be returned to its original condition, including the original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, complete and undamaged. Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal items. They have undergone strict quality inspection before shipment and are not eligible for returns or exchanges after sale, except for the following:

1.  Product damaged during transport: including loss of gems, discoloration, significant damage (small scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are softer; if bent, they can be straightened by hand or by contacting us).
2. The received product does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and the shipping cost will be borne by the consumer.
• Special order and pre-order items: Orders cannot be canceled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the order cutoff. No changes or cancellations are allowed after the cutoff. Please confirm before placing an order.
• Customized and bespoke jewelry: Not eligible for returns or exchanges.
