S925 Sterling Silver Care

• Sterling silver reacts with sulfur dioxide in the air to form black silver sulfide; it is normal for silver jewelry to oxidize and turn black.
• 925 silver needles are soft; if the product arrives bent, you can gently straighten it. When not worn, please store it properly to avoid contact with air and oxidation.
• If jewelry oxidizes, simply wipe it with a silver polishing cloth.
• Please avoid contact with hot springs and seawater.
• Please avoid wearing plated jewelry while bathing.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period

• Contact the official website within 7 days of the appreciation period (including the day of receipt) to arrange for returns or exchanges.
• Exception: For rings with incorrect sizing, contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

• The product must be restored to its original state, including original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, complete and undamaged. Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal items; they undergo strict quality inspection before shipment and are not accepted for return or exchange after sale, except for the following:

1.  Product damaged during transit: Including lost stones, discoloration, obvious damage (small scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are softer; if bent, they can be straightened manually or by contacting us).
2. Received product does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted; the product must be returned in its original packaging, and shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
• Connected and pre-order batch-processed items: Orders cannot be canceled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the order cutoff. No changes or cancellations can be made after the cutoff. Please confirm before placing an order.
• Customized and bespoke jewelry: Not eligible for returns or exchanges.
