• Sterling silver reacts with sulfur dioxide in the air to form black silver sulfide, so silver jewelry oxidizing and turning black is normal.
• The 925 silver needle material is soft; if the item is bent upon receipt, you can gently straighten it. When not wearing, please store properly to avoid oxidation from contact with air.
• If the jewelry oxidizes, simply wipe it with a silver polishing cloth.
• Please avoid contact with hot springs and seawater.
• Please avoid wearing plated jewelry while bathing.

• Contact the official website for returns or exchanges within the 7-day appreciation period (including the day of receipt).
• Special case: For rings with incorrect sizes, contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

• The item must be returned to its original condition, including original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, complete and undamaged. Items that have been used or damaged will not be accepted for return.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal intimate items. They undergo strict quality inspection before shipment and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after sale, except as noted below:

1.  Item damaged during transit: including lost stones, discoloration, obvious damage (small scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are softer; if bent, you can bend them back yourself or send a private message).
2. The received item does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
• Limited-time pre-order and grouped purchase items: Orders cannot be canceled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the order deadline. No changes or cancellations are allowed after the deadline. Please confirm before placing an order.
• Customized and bespoke jewelry: Not eligible for returns or exchanges.
