• Sterling silver reacts with sulfur dioxide in the air to form black silver sulfide, so silver jewelry oxidizing and turning black is normal.
• 925 silver needles are soft; if the item arrives bent, you can gently straighten it. When not wearing, please store it properly to avoid exposure to air and oxidation.
• If the jewelry oxidizes, simply wipe it with a silver polishing cloth.
• Please avoid proximity to hot springs and seawater.
• Avoid wearing plated jewelry when bathing.

• Contact the official website for returns or exchanges within the 7-day appreciation period (including the day of receipt).
• Exception: For rings with incorrect sizing, please contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

• The item must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, complete and undamaged. Items that have been used or show any damage will not be eligible for return.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal items that undergo strict quality inspection before shipment. Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted after sale, except for the following exceptions:

1.  Item damaged during transit: Including lost stones, discoloration, or obvious damage (minor scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are soft; if bent, you can straighten them yourself or message us).
2. Received item does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
• Limited-time pre-order items: Orders cannot be canceled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the order cutoff. No changes or cancellations are possible after the cutoff. Please confirm before placing an order.
• Customized and bespoke jewelry: Not eligible for returns or exchanges.
