• The product must be returned to its original condition, including original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, complete and undamaged. If used or damaged in any way, returns will not be accepted.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal intimate items. They have undergone strict quality inspection before shipment and are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges after sale, except for the following:

1.  Product damaged during transportation: including lost stones, discoloration, obvious damage (minor scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are soft, if bent, they can be straightened by hand or by private message).
2. The received item does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size changes are accepted. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
• Limited-time sale and pre-order items: Orders cannot be canceled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the order deadline. No changes or cancellations are allowed after the deadline. Please confirm before placing an order.
