Care for s925 Sterling Silver

• Sterling silver reacts with sulfur dioxide in the air to form black silver sulfide; silver jewelry oxidizing and turning black is a normal phenomenon.
• The 925 silver needle material is soft, if the product is bent upon receipt, it can be gently adjusted back. When not wearing, please store properly to avoid contact with air and oxidation.
• If the jewelry oxidizes, simply wipe with a silver polishing cloth.
• Please avoid contact with hot springs and seawater.
• For gold-plated jewelry, please avoid wearing it while bathing.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period

• Contact the official website for returns or exchanges within 7 days of the appreciation period (including the day of receipt).
• Exception: For items with incorrect ring sizes, contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

• The product must be returned to its original condition, including original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, complete and undamaged. If used or damaged, returns will not be accepted.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal items; they undergo strict quality inspection before shipping and are not eligible for returns or exchanges after sale, except for the following:

1.  Product damage during transportation: including lost stones, discoloration, obvious damage (small scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are soft, if bent, you can bend them back yourself or send a private message).
2. Received product does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted; the product must be returned in its original packaging, and shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
• Live-streamed and pre-order batch items: Orders cannot be canceled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the order deadline. No changes or cancellations can be made after the deadline. Please confirm before placing an order.
• Customized and bespoke jewelry: Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
