s925 Sterling Silver Care

• Sterling silver reacts with sulfur dioxide in the air to form black silver sulfide, so it is normal for silver jewelry to oxidize and turn black.
• The 925 silver needle material is soft; if bent upon receipt, you can gently adjust it.
  When not wearing, please store properly to avoid contact with air and prevent oxidation.
• To clean oxidized jewelry, simply wipe it with a silver polishing cloth.
• Please avoid contact with hot springs and seawater.
• Please avoid wearing gold-plated jewelry while bathing.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Contact the official website for returns or exchanges within the 7-day appreciation period (including the day of receipt).
• Exception: For rings with incorrect sizes, contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

• The product must be returned to its original condition, including original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, complete and undamaged. Used or damaged items will not be eligible for return.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal intimate items. They undergo strict quality inspection before shipment. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after sale, except for the following exceptions:

1.  Product damaged during transit: includes loss of stones, discoloration, obvious damage (minor scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are soft; if bent, you can gently bend them back yourself or send us a message).
2. The received product does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and the shipping cost will be borne by the consumer.
• Online exclusive and pre-order items: Orders cannot be cancelled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the order deadline. No changes or cancellations are possible after the deadline. Please confirm before placing an order.
• Customized and bespoke jewelry: No returns or exchanges are accepted.
