• Contact the official website for returns or exchanges within the 7-day appreciation period (including the day of receipt).
• Exception: For rings with incorrect sizes, you must also contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

• The product must be returned to its original state, including the original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, complete and undamaged. Used or damaged items will not be eligible for return.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal items and have undergone strict quality inspection before shipment. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after sale, except for the following:

1.  Product damaged during transit: including lost stones, discoloration, obvious damage (small scratches on S925 silver are normal. Additionally, S925 silver needles are soft, so if bent, they can be straightened by yourself or by contacting customer service).
2. The received product does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
• Online sale and pre-order items: Orders cannot be canceled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the order cut-off. No changes or cancellations are allowed after the cut-off. Please confirm before placing your order.
• Customized and bespoke jewelry: No returns or exchanges are accepted.
