• Sterling silver reacts with sulfur dioxide in the air to form black silver sulfide, so it is normal for silver jewelry to oxidize and turn black.
• 925 silver needles are soft; if the product is bent upon receipt, you can gently straighten it. When not wearing, please store properly to avoid exposure to air and oxidation.
• For oxidized jewelry, simply wipe it with a silver polishing cloth.
• Please avoid contact with hot springs and seawater.
• For gold-plated jewelry, please avoid wearing it while bathing.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period

• Contact the official website for returns or exchanges within the 7-day appreciation period (including the day of receipt).
• Exception: For rings with incorrect sizes, contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

• The product must be restored to its original condition, including original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, complete and undamaged. Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal items, subject to strict quality inspection before shipment. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after sale, except as noted below:

1.  Product damaged during transport: including lost stones, discoloration, obvious damage (minor scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are softer, if bent they can be straightened by yourself or by contacting us).
2. The received product does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
• Consignment and pre-order items with closing dates: Orders cannot be canceled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the closing date. After the closing date, no changes or cancellations are possible. Please confirm before placing an order.
• Customized and bespoke jewelry: Not eligible for return or exchange.
