The "HorizonX Necklace" design concept is based on double circular rings and rectangular chains, representing the vastness and depth of the unknown.

Circles symbolize completeness and continuity, representing the infinite vastness of the Earth and the endless possibilities in the universe. When two circles overlap, it's like a sunrise or sunset on the horizon, creating alternating light and shadow. The rectangular chain echoes the shape of the horizon; its linearity and coherence represent stability and connection, much like the horizon connects the sky and the earth.

Cleverly embedding a rectangular chain between two circular rings can create an interesting contrast and visual effect.

S925 Sterling Silver Care Instructions

• Sterling silver reacts with sulfur dioxide in the air to form black silver sulfide; it is normal for silver jewelry to oxidize and turn black.
• 925 silver needles are soft; if the product is bent upon receipt, you can gently adjust it straight. When not wearing, please store properly to avoid contact with air and prevent oxidation.
• If jewelry oxidizes, simply wipe it with a silver polishing cloth.
• Please avoid proximity to hot springs and seawater.
• Please avoid wearing gold-plated jewelry while bathing.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period

• Contact the official website for returns or exchanges within the 7-day appreciation period (including the day of receipt).
• Exception: For rings with incorrect sizes, you must also contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, complete and undamaged. Used or damaged items will not be eligible for return.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal intimate items. They undergo strict quality inspection before shipment, and returns or exchanges are not accepted after sale, except for the following exceptions:

1.  Product damaged during transportation: Including lost diamonds, discoloration, or obvious damage (Minor scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are softer; if bent, you can bend them back yourself or send a private message).
2. Received product does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.
• Flash sale and pre-order items: Orders cannot be canceled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the order deadline. After the deadline, no changes or cancellations are possible. Please confirm before placing an order.
• Customized and bespoke jewelry: Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
