This earring design features an open-clasp closure, ensuring comfortable wear without pressure on the ears, even during sleep. Additionally, you can add your own charms to the earrings as desired.

s925 Sterling Silver Care

• Sterling silver reacts with sulfur dioxide in the air to form black silver sulfide; it is normal for silver jewelry to tarnish and turn black.
• 925 silver needles are soft; if the product arrives bent, you can gently straighten it. When not wearing, please store properly to avoid oxidation from air exposure.
• To clean oxidized jewelry, simply wipe with a silver polishing cloth.
• Please avoid contact with hot springs and seawater.
• Please avoid wearing plated jewelry while bathing.

• In-stock items: Shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving the order.
• Pre-order items: Require approximately 14-30 business days (excluding holidays) for delivery. If you need it urgently, please consider carefully.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange Period

• Contact the official website within 7 days of the appreciation period (including the day of receipt) to request a return or exchange.
• Exception: For rings with incorrect sizes, contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

• The item must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, item, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, complete and undamaged. Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal intimate items and have undergone strict quality inspection before shipping. Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted after sale, except for the following exceptions:

1.  Item damaged during transit: including lost stones, discoloration, obvious damage (minor scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are softer; if bent, they can be straightened by hand or you can message us).
2. Received item does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Batch pre-order items: Cannot be canceled after placing an order, but ring sizes can be changed before the order deadline. After the deadline, no changes or cancellations are possible. Please confirm before placing an order.
• Customized and bespoke jewelry: Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
