Pluto Necklace

"Pluto" is a series of jewelry created by designer Pany, inspired by her journey of fighting cancer.

At the age of 26, she faced the immense changes brought by cancer, from loss to rebirth, transforming fear and helplessness into creative energy. This series symbolizes darkness and rebirth, much like Pluto, which, despite being declassified, continues to orbit the sun.

Care for s925 Sterling Silver

• Sterling silver reacts with sulfur dioxide in the air to form black silver sulfide, so it is normal for silver jewelry to oxidize and turn black.
• 925 silver needles are soft; if bent upon receipt, you can gently straighten them. When not wearing, please store properly to avoid exposure to air, which can cause oxidation.
• If jewelry oxidizes, simply wipe it with a silver polishing cloth.
• Please avoid contact with hot springs and seawater.
• Avoid wearing plated jewelry while bathing.

Shipping Methods

• In-stock items: Shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) after the order is received.
• Pre-order items: Requires approximately 14-30 business days (excluding holidays) for delivery. If you need it urgently, please consider carefully.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period

• Contact the official website within the 7-day appreciation period (including the day of receipt) for returns or exchanges.
• Exception: For items with incorrect ring sizes, please contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

• The item must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, undamaged and complete. Items that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for return.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal items and undergo strict quality inspection before shipment. Once sold, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted, except for the following:

1.  Damage to the item during transit: including lost stones, discoloration, or obvious damage (minor scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are soft; if bent, they can be straightened by hand or by private message).
2. The received item does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.
• Limited-time and pre-order items: Orders cannot be canceled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the order cutoff. No changes or cancellations are possible after the cutoff. Please confirm before placing an order.
• Customized and made-to-order jewelry: Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
