Zhinu in the heavens weaves her longing into rivers of stars, her thoughts shining like stars, distant yet deeply affectionate. This necklace is crafted from 925 sterling silver plated with white gold; each strand is an expression of her affection, gentle and profound. The intertwined shimmer of the twisted chain seems to be the traces Zhinu leaves in the night sky, symbolizing her pursuit of love, like her never-ending weaving.

S925 Sterling Silver Care

• Sterling silver reacts with sulfur dioxide in the air to form black silver sulfide; it is normal for silver jewelry to oxidize and turn black.
• 925 silver needles are soft. If the product is bent upon receipt, you can gently straighten it.
  When not wearing, please store it properly to avoid oxidation from air exposure.
• If the jewelry oxidizes, simply wipe it with a silver polishing cloth.
• Please avoid proximity to hot springs and seawater.
• Please avoid wearing plated jewelry while bathing.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return/Exchange Period

• Contact the official website for returns or exchanges within the 7-day appreciation period (including the day of receipt).
• Special case: For rings with incorrect sizing, contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return/Exchange Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, complete and undamaged. Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal items. They undergo strict quality inspection before shipment and are generally not accepted for return or exchange after sale, except for the following:

1.  Product damaged during transit: including lost diamonds, discoloration, significant damage (minor scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are softer; if bent, they can be straightened by hand or by contacting us).
2. Received item does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
• Limited-time sale and pre-order items: Orders cannot be canceled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the order deadline. No changes or cancellations are allowed after the deadline. Please confirm before placing an order.
• Customized and bespoke jewelry: Not eligible for returns or exchanges.
