s925 Sterling Silver Care

• Sterling silver reacts with sulfur dioxide in the air to form black silver sulfide; it is normal for silver jewelry to oxidize and blacken.
• The S925 silver needle material is soft; if the product is bent upon receipt, it can be gently adjusted. When not wearing, please store properly to avoid contact with air which can lead to oxidation.
• To clean oxidized jewelry, simply use a silver polishing cloth.
• Please avoid contact with hot springs and seawater.
• Please avoid wearing plated jewelry while bathing.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period

• Contact the official website for returns or exchanges within 7 days of the appreciation period (including the day of receipt).
• Exception: For rings with incorrect sizing, please contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, including original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, undamaged and complete. If used or damaged in any way, returns will not be accepted.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal items. They undergo strict quality inspection before shipment and are generally not eligible for return or exchange after sale, with the following exceptions:

1.  Product damage during transit: Including lost stones, discoloration, significant damage (minor scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are soft, if bent, they can be straightened by hand or by sending a private message).
2. The received product does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
• Online connection and pre-order batch-system products: Orders cannot be canceled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the order deadline. No changes or cancellations can be made after the deadline. Please confirm before placing an order.
• Customized and bespoke jewelry: Not eligible for return or exchange.
