• Sterling silver reacts with sulfur dioxide in the air to form black silver sulfide; it is normal for silver jewelry to oxidize and turn black.
• 925 silver needles are soft; if the item is bent upon receipt, you can gently straighten it.
  When not wearing, please store it properly to avoid contact with air and prevent oxidation.
• If the jewelry oxidizes, simply wipe it with a silver polishing cloth.
• Please avoid contact with hot springs and seawater.

• Contact the official website for returns or exchanges within the 7-day appreciation period (including the day of receipt).
• Exception: For items with incorrect ring sizes, you must also contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, complete and undamaged. Items that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for return.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal items. They undergo strict quality inspection before shipment. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after sale, except for the following exceptions:

1. Product damaged during transit: Includes lost stones, discoloration, significant damage (small scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are softer; if bent, you can straighten them yourself or send a private message).
2. Received product does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.
• Limited-time online sales and pre-order items: Orders cannot be canceled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the order deadline. No changes or cancellations are possible after the deadline. Please confirm before placing an order.
• Customized and bespoke jewelry: No returns or exchanges are accepted.
