Care for s925 Sterling Silver

• Sterling silver reacts with sulfur dioxide in the air to form black silver sulfide, so it is normal for silver jewelry to oxidize and turn black.
• The 925 silver needle material is soft; if bent upon receipt, you can gently straighten it.
  When not wearing, please store properly to avoid contact with air to prevent oxidation.
• For oxidized jewelry, simply wipe with a silver polishing cloth.
• Please avoid contact with hot springs and seawater.
• Please avoid wearing gold-plated jewelry while bathing.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Contact the official website for returns or exchanges within 7 days of the appreciation period (including the day of receipt).
• Exception: For items with incorrect ring sizes, please also contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

• The item must be returned to its original state, including the original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, completely undamaged. Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal items. They have undergone strict quality inspection before shipment and are generally not accepted for return or exchange after sale, except for the following:

1.  Item damaged during transportation: including lost diamonds, discoloration, obvious damage (small scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are softer; if bent, you can gently bend them back yourself or send a private message).
2. The received item does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
• Limited-time pre-order items: Orders cannot be canceled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the order cutoff. No changes or cancellations are allowed after the cutoff. Please confirm before placing an order.
• Customized and bespoke jewelry: Not accepted for return or exchange.
