"Quenching" Sustainable Design - Giving New Life to Materials

Through the "Quenching" series, we breathe new life into scraps generated during the bladesmithing process, integrating traditional craftsmanship with sustainable design.

To promote ESG environmental sustainability, we collaborate with bladesmiths. These scraps are no longer abandoned waste materials but are transformed into ornaments with profound stories and unique significance. The creation of these ornaments extends the circular value of resources, embodying the spirit of quenching.

These ornaments not only carry the warmth of a bladesmith's skill but also symbolize the circular use of resources. Through interviews and video documentation, we share the power of dedication demonstrated by artisans in the traditional bladesmithing process, awakening respect and appreciation for this craft.

s925 Sterling Silver Care

• Sterling silver reacts with sulfur dioxide in the air to form black silver sulfide; it is normal for silver jewelry to oxidize and turn black.
• The S925 silver needle material is soft; if the item arrives bent, you can gently straighten it.
  When not wearing, please store properly to avoid contact with air and prevent oxidation.
• For oxidized jewelry, simply wipe with a silver polishing cloth.
• Please avoid contact with hot springs and seawater.
• For gold-plated jewelry, please avoid wearing it while bathing.

Shipping Time

• In-stock items: Shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving the order.
• Pre-order items: Require approximately 14-30 business days (excluding holidays) for delivery. If you need it urgently, please consider carefully.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period

• Contact the official website for returns and exchanges within the 7-day appreciation period (including the day of receipt).
• Exception: For rings with incorrect sizing, please also contact the official website within the same period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

• The item must be returned to its original condition, including the original packaging, product, accessories, gifts, and all accompanying documents, complete and undamaged. Used or damaged items will not be eligible for return.
• Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are personal intimate items and have undergone strict quality inspection before shipment. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after sale, except for the following:

1.  Item damaged during transportation: including lost stones, discoloration, obvious damage (minor scratches on 925 silver are normal. Also, 925 silver needles are softer, if bent, they can be straightened by yourself or by private message).
2. The received item does not match the order.

• Incorrect ring size: Only size exchanges are accepted. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and the shipping fee will be borne by the consumer.
• Online connection and pre-order batch items: Orders cannot be canceled after placement, but ring sizes can be changed before the order cutoff. No changes or cancellations are possible after the cutoff. Please confirm before placing an order.
• Customized and bespoke jewelry: No returns or exchanges are accepted.
